Consultant, Online Content Integration

Following a successful year of managing the Firm’s external website, I was invited to consult on a number of online initiatives primarily focused around SharePoint extranets and intranets.

In particular:

Formulate strategies to increase the use of client extranets and look at content integration points on the intranet (PeopleSoft, CRM, Elite & SharePoint)
Project managed the launch of a global sales process through the intranet using Agile project management techniques
Work with the global internal development team to develop, document, launch and train on client extranets
Assist partners and fee earners to maximise the use of collaboration functions of the extranet
Spearhead efforts to develop or upgrade integration points between disparate systems of the various intranet and extranet sites
Actively participate in global search, KM, SharePoint 2010 upgrade projects and associated site and integration points content migration
Analyse and evaluate requests from partners and fee earners in the EMEA region for intranet and extranet requests
Monitor performance, use and satisfaction of intranet and extranet sites to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Manage programme management documentation, seeking enhancements and suggestions for changes to the tools, templates and methodology used
Adhere to the Firm’s IT Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) processes and procedures
